Order Processing

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM Hawaii Time as well as Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed the following Monday.

Shop.maleana.com accepts orders being shipped to U.S. destinations only.

Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Order Status

Once an order is placed through our site, you will receive an Order ID number. This number can be used to track the status of your order via the "Order Lookup" feature on our site.

Change/Modify Order

Please immediately contact our customer service department via email if you need to change/modify your order. We unfortunately cannot change/modify your order once it has already been shipped.

Order Cancellation

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order may be cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are:

· Item(s) not available

· Difficulty in processing payment information

· Cannot ship to address provided

· Duplicate order was placed

· Cancelled due to a customer request

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

Out of Stock Items

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will still be able to add the item to your cart. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of out of stock items.

Not Satisfied

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Maleana Cosmetics purchase, you can return the unused & unopened product within 14 days of receipt of item and receive a full store credit.

We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. Please send the products you would like to return with your original receipt to:

We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Please Note: Only items purchased on shop.maleana.com may be accepted for store credit or exchange. Maleana Cosmetics is not responsible for lost packages.

Damaged Items

If the carrier damaged your package in shipment, save the box/envelope and merchandise and notify us immediately via email.

Shipping Options and Charges

Maleana Cosmetics accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States only. We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and P.O. Boxes and apologize for any inconvenience.

Maleana Cosmetics orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We currently offer:

· Free shipping for purchases of $50 or more

· USPS flat rate $7 (handling fee included), standard box size is 8 5/8" x 5 3/8" x 1 5/8”

Payment Methods

Maleana Cosmetics accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We unfortunately do not accept the following methods of payment: CODs, personal checks, money orders or credit cards with billing addresses outside the United States.

Please Note: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Billing

You will not be charged for your purchase until your order is shipped.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped within Hawaii.

International Shoppers

We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

At Maleana Cosmetics, we appreciate how important security is to you. We implement various security measures in accordance with industry standards to protect the security of your personal information, both on line and off line. As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or illegal activity. If such is the case, our Customer Service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or illegal activity. Maleana Membership Discount

Maleana Gold Card holders and Maleana Pro Card holders will be able to apply their discount to online orders by providing their membership number in the “Comments” section.
